What You will be doing
  • Develop, implement, and own the talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business goals and long-term vision for growth.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence and learning.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team and department heads to forecast talent needs, align hiring goals with business objectives, and provide strategic insights.
  • Continuously refine and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and a best-in-class candidate experience. 
  • Partner with the Marketing team to strengthen and elevate the company’s employer brand through external campaigns, events, and social media. Ensure our brand reflects our values and attracts the right talent.
  • Leverage recruitment metrics and market insights to drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process and inform strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive market research, sourcing strategies, and relationship-building to fill current and future roles.
  • Manage external recruitment partners to ensure alignment with company goals and values.
You'll be great for this role if
  • You can think big, implement effectively, and be proactive in solving recruitment challenges in a high-growth environment as this is a highly strategic and hands-on role.
  • You have experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2+ years in a management role, ideally within a high-growth startup or tech environment.
  • You have a proven track record of leading, mentoring, and scaling recruitment teams in fast-paced environments.
  • You have the ability to translate business objectives into actionable recruitment strategies, with a deep understanding of organizational design and workforce planning.
  • You obtain a strong ability to prioritize, drive multiple initiatives simultaneously, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • You’re an excellent communicator and collaborator with a track record of influencing senior leadership and hiring managers.
  • You’re proficient in data-driven recruitment, with a focus on optimizing hiring processes through analytics and KPIs.
